Due to the nature of our company and having overnight in-home pet sitting and boarding services, we are always available. We do ask that all services are scheduled between 8:00 am - 11:00 PM although exceptions can be discussed.

PawPoppins Pet Sitting is a small business that contracts pet sitters as needed. We work with a network of experienced and reliable pet sitters to ensure your pet is in good hands. PawPoppins has one of the most competitive payout rates in the market at 85% we only keep 15% of our employees earnings for business expenses.

PawPoppins Pet Sitting is always open and available for your pet sitting needs. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays, for bookings. Our phone operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST.

For most services payment is asked to be done completely online due to needing payment before the booking begins. However, you may contact us at Contact@pawpoppins.com or call and text us at 214-449-0208 for any payment issues or assistance with paying. We can also send you an invoice or pay link for payment with your quoted price once you get in touch.

PawPoppins Pet Sitting uses Wix.com for all card payment processing, invoicing, recurring payment processing, and pay links.

At this time the scheduling system we use to operate does not support scheduling more than one day at a time without placing all the days you need in your cart then checking out to finish booking your full service dates.
